The American College of Surgeons (ACS) Geriatric Surgery Verification Program assess 30 optimal resource standards to improve surgical care and outcomes for the aging adult population.

To apply for any level of GSV participation, complete the following application including information about your hospital, primary contact person, and level of participation. Following your submission, a member of the GSV Program Staff will contact you with next steps.
